We went here for my husbands birthday. The sushi is the freshest in Utah county. His favorite is the dragon roll. Wonderful atmosphere, and we were seated right away. Live music was going on outside, which made for the perfect night. Highly recommend Happy Sumo.

I've only been here a couple times but I literally fantasize about this place it's so good. I got the surf and turf roll & the lobster one I think & they were so delicious I got some edamame too and that was also good. It's kind of far for me and a little above my normal price range so I don't get to go often but I would eat it every single day if I could!
